Unmanaged anger is not usually a good solution to problems, even if it seems helpful in the short term. Some people used to believe that venting anger is beneficial. Researchers have now found that ‘letting it rip’ actually escalates anger and aggression and does nothing to resolve the situation.

Stress can be cause by a myriad of reasons; they can be events, situations and things that cause stress. For many of us it is money worries, work and family life issues that cause us the greatest amount of stress.
